About Our Property Value Report

Proper tool selection is critical for successful completion of a project.  Our Tax Assessment Analysis is a tool designed to provide homeowners with the information to prepare for and start the property tax assessment appeal process related to lowering unfair property taxes.

The appeal of a property tax assessment starts with knowing the current, market value of the property.   Fair Tax Assessment, Inc. provides its clients with that information in a professionally prepared report featuring descriptive text, an easy reference graphical summary, and a glossary of terms relevant to the property tax appeal process.

The Report
Fair Tax Assessment, Inc.’s Tax Assessment Analysis is a property specific report that reviews the characteristics of a subject property in the context of recent real estate transactions & activity involving similar properties.  The report is prepared by a REALTOR® with the CRS designation living and working in the local community.  Specific attention is given when selecting comparable properties to value influencing elements including present market conditions, construction characteristics, neighborhoods, school districts, geographic features, and transportation infrastructure.   Each of our reports is prepared using local knowledge gained through the practice of real estate over an extended time period and contains the most current information available.  A correct property evaluation cannot be done using only internet resources or without local knowledge.

How It Helps
Our report provides our clients with a market valuation of their property completed by a CRS REALTOR with the knowledge, experience, and education to properly complete the project.   In addition, our clients typically have information equal to or better than the information the government will have on hand throughout the property tax assessment appeal process.  Nothing is more powerful when dealing with the government than knowledge of your rights and professionally prepared documentation supporting your case.  Knowledge of your rights can be gained in the resource section of our website by following the appropriate hyperlinks.  Documentation is available by ordering a report.
