Fair Tax Assessment, Inc. offers REALTORS® with the CRS designation an opportunity to positively position themselves as information experts in their local community, generate income based on their knowledge, and develop relationships with homeowners in a non sales environment with the potential to cultivate those relationships into future clients.

 

Positive Positioning
The process related to listing a property for sale typically starts with a sales presentation by the agent regarding why a homeowner should use them for representation.  If the motivation by the seller for that meeting was a prior relationship, the probability of obtaining the listing is greatly increased.  Fair Tax Assessment, Inc. provides its agents with an opportunity to lay the foundation for increased transactions from established relationships by creating an environment where a REALTOR can demonstrate their knowledge, experience, and education to homeowners as an educator fighting for fair property taxes rather than as a salesperson seeking a listing.

This unique, positive positioning in the community as a consumer advocate creates unique branding for a REALTOR, even among CRS agents, opportunities to talk to homeowners who typically would not be talking to a real estate agent, and also speaking opportunities to homeowner’s associations, religious organizations, chambers of commerce, etc. in a different capacity than as a REALTOR while at the same time being provided a venue to demonstrate why homeowners should use them for representation. 

Fair Tax Assessment, Inc. only uses REALTORS with the CRS designation for its reports and will only have one agent per zip code. 

    

Income
Fair Tax Assessment, Inc. area representatives have the potential to generate income from two sources.  The first source is the production of reports.  This seasonal revenue stream, typically a two to four month activity based on state property tax assessment appeal procedures, can range from a few hundred to tens of thousands of dollars depending on the demographics of the area and the corporate & local marketing efforts employed.   It is our goal to work with our agents to make each territory as productive & profitable as possible.   

The second source of income is the commissions that will likely result from the relationships established through the production of Tax Assessment Analysis reports on behalf of Fair Tax Assessment, Inc.  It is anticipated that this extra exposure for a REALTOR with the CRS designation, based on the skill set of individuals with that designation, will result in increased transactions in the short & long term within a geographic area already served by the individual.    

 

Corporate Goal
It is Fair Tax Assessment’s hope that through secondary income generation programs for Certified Residential Specialists like ours that we can help preserve the knowledge base & transactional experience currently available to homeowners when buying or selling a home.  The alternative of having to complete the transaction online or use someone without years of experience is, in our opinion, not in the best interest of consumers.
