Fair Tax Assessment, Inc. has developed a customer friendly process for homeowners to obtain the information necessary to evaluate their property tax assessment to determine if it is an accurate reflection of the current market value of your property.
The first step in the process is for you to provide us with information on your home. We have separated homes into three categories; single family home, condominium or townhouse, and manufactured or mobile home. Please use the data entry form that best describes your property. All information provided to Fair Tax Assessment, Inc. and our agents will be held in strict confidence and only used for purposes related to the preparation of your Tax Assessment Analysis. The price of reports is based on the urgency of the information. Standard reports are $250 and are delivered 10 – 15 days after an order is placed. Express reports are delivered in 5 – 10 days for $350.
